But I Thought Coaching Was Only For Athletes?

NOPE! Coaching has traditionally been associated with sports, however the world of coaching is VAST with various niches, not just within athletics.

But much like athletes, you too get complacent, inside your head, and entangled in the daily hustle + grind. You become consumed by the smoke of your own wheels spinning through challenges, fears + previous traumas. These energy smolderers take up valuable time and space within you and limit your ability to claim what you truly want. Often times this cycle also perpetuates unproductive + toxic patterns that breed self-sabotage and under performance in work + life. Couple this with the grasp social media and the news has on our time + attention, it’s no wonder you’re living in an aura of scarcity and not manifesting your wildest, fieriest dreams!

How is Coaching Different from Therapy?

The goal of therapy is to bring clients to a baseline by improving their mental health and treating mental illness. Therapy is for clients who seek relief from physical or phycological pain. A Therapist works to improve conflict + dysfunction within an individual or community/group.

The goal of coaching is to build clients mental fitness through the conscious setting of personal + professional goals unique to the client. Coaching is for clients who wish to intentionally optimize their futures by exploring their past + understanding past can play into present life. A Coach will help you create new outcomes, manage personal change, and push you past your baseline to your next level.

What Coaching is NOT
  • Rooted in judgment, but in 100% confidential support
  • Going to give you ALL the answers
  • Your Coach solving all your issues or telling you what to do
  • Your Coach will NOT tell you everything you want to hear
  • For those who aren’t open or curious about changing their thoughts, beliefs, patterns + behaviors
  • For those who firmly believe their past does not influence them
  • For those who cannot commit to taking action in their own life
  • For those who want to stay in their comfort zone
